OUr builder is Liberty and their customer service is TERRIBLE. We had some MAJOR issues with our house and Ben Gillen is the worst customer service manager I have ever met. He is rudes. Talks about you behind your back. I know this because my neighbor who is a good friend of mine told me that Ben and Cody were talking about all the "false" and lame requests I had..... TERRIBLE. When we confronted Ben about talking to neighbors about us, he of course denied it. Also, he is married to the Liberty Homes president's daughter.... must be why he is employed with them!
