Sadly, I'm not surprised. After all, my husband and I have had to walk around dog poop that is bigger than my own dog on the paths by the lake (sorry, can't bring myself to pick that up! We have little dogs for a reason!), and at times when it was also just feet away from the bags. Drives me nuts since we've always picked up after our dogs. Of course, we also keep our dogs on their leashes, pick up our own garbage, etc. Gee, I wonder why I would expect anyone else to do the same....
