What comes with the new party trailer out in front of the HOA ? I might be interested in it for a theme party.

I don't believe it's new... probably just placed out front. It's been available for quite some time now. If you go on the daybreakliving site, it's listed under ammenities and has an inventory of it. Basically it has everything you could need.... chairs, tables, canopy, a grill, extension cord, clean up supplies, picnic supplies, sporting goods, emergency items... you get the idea. It's $50 non-refundable, and $100 refundable fee and then if you don't replace items you used, they charge you based on the given price on the inventory list. It is kind of a cool idea but I've never seen or heard of it being used. Anyone else?

Are we are talking about the same trailer? I believe that Jethro,Elly Mae,Jed and Granny used it to move here from East Lake KOA last weekend.

I think "Retired" is talking about a junk travel trailer that was parked on one of Holmes lots where it was used for storing garbage, partying by the "guest workers" and had plywood windows and smelled like a horse's behind. Holmes atarted digging on the lots and the trailer was hauled to Blackshear and parked on the street. Complaints flew to the HOA, someone who cared about our community hauled it to the HOA office and parked it on the street in front of the office. The city hauled it away, to parts-unknown, on Tuesday.

LOL, guess that goes to show how often I go by the HOA office! That is classic. I really love that it took residents complaining to have it be moved... how typical of our HOA.

Was it a resident that had to haul it the front of the HOA? If it was that is pathetic! Are we sure our HOA isn't ran by AIG or Leahmen Brothers?!
