Well, as far as I can tell, it's still been going on. We walked over by the weir in Eastlake last night (where the traffic bridge is) and noticed that some kids had evidently hopped the fence to spray paint. IMO, it appears to be younger teens according to what they've been painting. Anyways, they've been doing a great job staying on top of it, but unfortunately spray paint doesn't come off very well so it is still very evident. I didn't go up on any of the bridges to see if the new replaced lights have been damaged or more tagging has occurred though.
