I heard that the opening is suppose to coincide with the Daybreak Triathlon which is September 19th. That should make for an enjoyable time with a monster traffic headache.

I went by SoDa Row last night and it seems like the only thing that will be ready for the Sept. 19th grand opening is Black Diamond (which I think is already open or they have had at least one open house already). Does anyone have any additional insight to if anything else will actually be ready for a grand opening on Sept. 19th?

San Gelato CafÃ© might make it since they are working on it but I don't see much chance for any others. Tio's Mexican Restaurant has a sign on their door but no walls!
