   Breathe a yoga studio was opened in September of 2009 by Monica Hambleton and Shandell Pino because of our love for yoga and all of its benefits.  We didn't like driving all over town for yoga so we decided to create our own little studio out here in Daybreak just minutes from both of our homes.  We want a gathering place for the community to celebrate peace, hope, and joy through the practice of yoga.  We hope you feel welcomed and love at our studio.  We are located in Black Diamond Sports Center upstairs check out our website for a schedule and pricing www.breatheyogaslc.com.

To thank all of you for your support we are hosting a  FREE Yoga by the Lake on Saturday September 11th

  On the grassy area next to San Gelato, across from the lake, Northwest of the Studio.

 

 

Sunrise Yoga will begin promptly at 8:00 am (taught by Joi, Patti, Aaron, Monica & Shandell) until 9:30 am.

 

We will then break for some live music, food and all of our instructors will be there for questions and get-to-know-you.  

 

Kids Yoga will beginning promptly at 10:00 am (taught by Jennifer & Trista) all children ages 4-12 are welcome to come and parents are welcome to watch or participate with their child, they will have a blast!

 

 We will then have snacks for the kids and a drawing for giveaways (free yoga classes, skoy cloths, Yoga CD, Serenity room spray, pack of Josha wipes and MORE!) We will also be having grab bags full of free stuff and coupons to surrounding shops if you are kind enough to fill out our survey (available to the first 75 people)!   Wabi Sabi will provide a refreshing, organic-based "Yogi Brunch" for

The cost will be $12 a person for an open buffet. The Yogi Brunch Menu includes:
