A 15 acre park called Brookside Park is being built in Daybreak just west of Oquirrh Lake and will be open in the spring of 2011. The park will have a Frisbee golf course, a large grass field, and a lake recirculation stream…Sounds Fun!!!

Perhaps there will be a large hill slide as well since Kennecott Land (Ty McCutcheon - Daybreak BOD President) promised they would put one in last year…

Saturday, June 26, 2010 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Brookside Model Home Gallery & North Shore Beach .
Get a taste of local flavor at this popular annual event, featuring cooking demonstrations in model home kitchens and food from local restaurants and street vendors. There'll be live music at a concert on the beach, cookie decorating for kids, and a wine and beer garden for grown-ups. Friends and family are welcome, no reservation required.
