The new Sherwin Williams paint store that is opening up by Daybreak. I thought some of the Daybreak residents might want to know about it. It is located at 3371 West 10400 South Unit #103. It's in the same parking lot as Mountain Mike's Pizza. They are opening our doors on August 2nd, and are having a 40%off paint sale onAugust 7th. Yep that is right, I have heard from 3 sources now that a 7-11 Mini Mart might be coming to SoDa Row. And it would be just a Mini Mart (not a gas station). I am in between on this one; I can see how a 7-11 could drive traffic to SoDa RoW which would help bring more business to the other merchants in SoDa RoW. On the hand, I am not sure we want that much or that type of traffic in SoDa RoW….humm.
Yep, that's right. Barring any changes, on November 6th we will be having an adult's only evening of elegance in one of the empty spaces at Soda Row. We will have a dinner, some entertainment, and a dance, along with a silent auction from local businesses that will benefit the Daybreak to DebreZeit project (*read more below if you don't know what that is).
